Pierre-Constantin Guéros comes from generations of master furriers, and for his eighteenth birthday his father made him a travel bag in soft caramel calfskin, shaped like the luggage of the old Grand Tour. Bagage à main is that bag in scent: nutmeg and cistus open warm and spicy, Italian leather and vetiver form the heart, and patchouli, amber and creamy tonka settle into a smooth, lived-in finish.
