Filippo Sorcinelli has expanded his portfolio with his new collection, Dlire de Voyage, dedicated to sensory and artistic experiences arising from emotions.'Delirium' is travel, the very meaning of the word is 'away from the furrow' (Latin: de lira), taking us away from normality, through real life experiences.This series of limited editions will not just deliver an exclusive product but will also provide, for the first time, a unique synaesthetic experience. Filippo, the first curious visitor, spreads his experiences like a great echo that overwhelms and spreads. Filippo comes from the Marche region, afflicted in large part by the earthquake swarm of 2016 and 2017. And the earthquake will be the first theme addressed in Dlire de Voyage.
Epicentro, extrait de parfum, is the fragrance dedicated to this phenomenon and in particular to the small town of Bolognola, a small town of 138 inhabitants, the highest in the Marche Region, located in the center of the Sibillini Mountains National Park, seriously affected by the earthquake. The earth-motion is a particularly‚ disruptive and violent‚ event, which enters with arrogance in the lives of those involved, taking possession of their "normality" in a few seconds.
External earthquakes increase our internal‚ earthquakes: it is as if, with the loss of the security of the earth under our feet, a deep internal‚ tremor‚ is determined. Fear and suffocation from dust is the first step; escape the second, leaving everything: objects, memories, basic necessities, desperately trying to find refuge outside.
Vision is blurred, eyes and throat irritated by the dust caused by the collapses; We try to find in despair a small and faint light, which will become the only point of reference.
Epicentro wants to be the reaction: to become aware of what has happened, process it and react through the security of a thought linked to Beauty. Epicentro is a real artistic‚ installation‚ full of emotions that induces to actively enter into the work, through the‚ contained stimuli that activate all five senses.
The bottle is placed on a base that simulates the vibrations perceived during the earthquake and has as a precious closure the faithful reproduction of a fragment of the‚ rubble of the‚ town hall of Bolognola, collected by Filippo Sorcinelli during his first visit.
Epicentro, therefore, does not want to be just a fragrance but an entire‚ project to help the population of Bolognola, so that it can return to being Bononia, or the land of good things.
