Oud Abramad Eau de Parfum - BDK Parfums
Saffron and ginger open hot, cumin adds something frankly animalic, and Turkish rose threads through a base of agarwood, guaiac, incense and labdanum. A traditional Middle Eastern structure made by a French house.
How it wears. The opening is spiced and challenging — the cumin is not subtle. Once it settles the rose and oud take over and the whole thing turns smoky and resinous. Cold weather, evening, and not a first oud.
